Autumn leaves its mark
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.
- Saturday, 9th of November 2019
Lee-Ann and I arrived well equipped (thanks Liz!) to tackle some heavy gardening, but discovered that the main task was actually just to clear leaves. Mr B uses a wheelchair and the access ramp to his house needed a good sweep. Whilst we were at it, we also swept the other areas of the garden, pruned back a few plants that were overhanging the ramp and did some weeding. Mr B was pleased with the results. I hope it makes access in and out of his house a bit less slippery.
