This afternoon I visited Ms W in her care home. Her Christmas tree has been put up, she had Christmas cards on display and it all looked lovely, sparkly and Christmassy. I joined in the spirit and we discussed plans for Christmas day, Christmas lunches, past and future, we even listened to a few carols, some of Ms W's favourites and some of mine. We had a nice chat and Ms W had a little snack to go with it, chocolate muffins and cream, yum.
