The baby Tiny Forest that we have been nurturing at Goodgym Barnet was finally delivered by dozens of local people last week. goodGym helped out and last night we ran from the Phoenix Cinema. (Most of us) to check it out and do a little little pick. Beth lead the running group ( and one cyclist ) along Mutton Brook to the site. not too much to see but lots of rubbish collected using head torches after filling three bags the main running group returned back to the Phoenix. thanks for running cycling and walking!
