This morning Sheila and I went to The Baby Bank in Maidenhead. Our task was to help move all the bags of clothes that weren't suitable from the storage room outside for collection. The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
