Today saw us get together to run a group run as part of the Arts by the Sea Festival.

The weather wasn't looking great and although local races had been canceled due to the high winds, we decided to go ahead with things.

6 of us gathered at the Mind Matter hub next to Pavilion Dance and were soon doing unscheduled good deeds by helping Dorset Mind setting up their gazeebo and then getting their huge board out....where GoodGym appeared on out of nowhere!!!

A photographer was down to take some shots of us, and we all pretended like we weren't used to being photos and did some action shots...synchronised jumping has now been added to our list of talents!

We set off to Meyrick Park where a BCP Parks officer met us with litter picks and bin bags and off we went to fill as many bags as we could in an hour....

We managed 4 bags! Some very gross stuff...rugs, cans and lots and lots of wrappers!

It's unbelievable how much people litter. And there's bins not far away!!!

After we filled all out bags we set them down by the bins for the officer on duty to collect and headed back into town...for lunch and a catch up!

We're off to CCP this Wednesday so come and join us!!
