Ms L has a lot of bags of rubbish and recycling piled up and needed some help taking it to the communal bins which she struggles to get to. I spent a solid hour heaving bags up the hill and into the bins - the best workout I've done in years. I got about half way through the pile and Ms L was delighted I had cleared some space for her.
