What is the best way to kick off a bank holiday weekend - maybe a lovely breakfast, a lie in, or even a leisurely stroll? Or maybe it's a twenty minute speed and strength beasting? If you're a GGer it's definitely the latter!
We tried out a new format today, with one minute of hard running (or high intensity exercise for those unable to go outside) followed immediately by one minute of various strength exercises.
During the hard minute we thought about form, doing regular form MOTs to make sure we're running strong, and then for strength we knocked out exercises such as planks, dead bugs, squat holds, glute bridges and more.
You definitely earned your bank holiday treat of choice team - happy long weekending!
