Barking up 50 trees
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Richmond.

Abundance London kicked off London's tree planting week with some sapling planting in Chiswick.
I rocked up at lunchtime but some other volunteers were continuing to work so I joined in with spading lots of wheelbarrows full of bark and mulch to take to the saplings for planting. Whilst waiting for wheelbarrows to be returned for more filling, message spread that I was from GoodGym and I was very given lots of appreciation and gratitude for all the excellent work that GoodGym Hounslow have done on their group runs (I did say that I've never done a Hounslow runner but the praise continued, so I accepted it and will pass it on!).
MANY wheelbarrows full of bark later, I left on my merry way to see my coach, very grateful for my free upper body workout!
Not sure if any other GoodGymers made it, but if so, I hope you also got plenty of GoodGym appreciation!
