Running, walking, cycling and now "fishing"... Goodgym Redbridge have it covered!

Today two GG runners run 6.6miles/10.6km stopping half way at Eagle Pond to litter pick.

Over stretching the mark, we managed to fish out two large planters, freeing up some space for the lovely wildlife that reside in this pond. Our mission was accomplished by switching our nifty litter picker for a sturdy - much longer - branch. Applauded by an onlooker, our efforts will hopefully make a small, but noticeable difference.

A final shout out to teamwork and nature on this soon to be Valentines Day! <3

Nice job you two - a run and a much needed water litter pick!

I would love to come but Sundays are tough for me - I do think it's a great Sunday activity though, it's fantastic you're doing it!!! Next weekend I'm away and then I'm leading my group ride on Sunday. But once you're back after a pausse I WILL come along
