Wednesday was my first ever mission for Goodgym so I was really excited to get started and help those in need.

Mr J was so pleased to see me when I arrived and couldn't thank me enough for getting him some shopping.

As I was leaving he informed me that it was his birthday tomorrow and he would be 76! I wished him a happy birthday and to keep safe and well.

It felt great running home knowing that he would have enough food to keep him going for a good few days. I also saw loads of lovely messages for the NHS which was great to see.
