Ms J had postponed this mission from yesterday so that she could ensure she had money ready for her shopping requirements this afternoon - and when I appeared at her front door she was well prepared with shopping list, money, and a request if possible, to pop into Robert Dyas to buy a pack of pillows that she could use as support cushions when seated on her bed.

It's been a long while since I've shopped at the world's politest supermarket, and apart from it being surprisingly quiet on a Tuesday afternoon, it was its usual oasis of calm efficiency and sufficiently stocked shelves for all that Ms J needed. As I left, it started to rain, so a quick dash into Robert Dyas next door and armed with one large pack of pillows later (on discount and a bargain!), I was back at her flat to deliver the goods. Ms J was extremely grateful.

After a quick chat about all the different things that GoodGym does (including topping up of electricity/gas cards...) she thanked me for my efforts and hoped I'd stay dry on the way home.
