Border Force!
6 GoodGymers made their way 2.7km to help the St Matthews Big Local in Leicester.
- Wednesday, 17th of June 2020
- Led by Huw Davies
Another full house of six tonight as Ashley, Dave, Huw, Mel, Nick and Stu got to work clearing the raised beds and borders and lopping the overhanging trees outside the St Matthew's Big Local charity building.
St Matthew's Big Local have been doing wonderful work throughout the pandemic helping to look after their local community so it was the least we could do to come and help out.
Trees lopped, beds and borders cleared ready for a return visit to do some planting. And a Diet Coke and biscuit break to finish kindly left for us by Simon. And we missed all the rain too!
Thanks to Mel who is nailing the pic collage app during lockdown!
