Boxes unpacked for Mr D
5 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Sunday, 29th of March 2015
On Sunday morning five GoodGymers took very different approaches to get to their mission. While Ivo and David worked up a sweat on their fast 10K run, Beth took the easy option of the bus. Alex did a run, train, run sandwich and Ounie ran to the mission on the way to visit her coach to make it a doubly good Sunday morning. Our job was to try and help Mr D settle into his new flat by unpacking some boxes and with plenty of 'to you, to me' it was at times reminiscent of the chuckle brothers. The job was quite a bit bigger than we expected so there's still a lot to do but we came away feeling like we had done our best and knowing that you should never trust a Capricorn.
