Bramblin Around
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hammersmith and Fulham.
- Saturday, 22nd of August 2020
Two runners sought to rescue a garden from overgrown brambles and climbing vines that had been completely taken over.
Arba worked hard to clear an area where the runners could bag-up the brambles without being continually scratched whilst Jonny forged a path to the shed doors that needed to be accessed later in the week.
Reaching the doors and clearing them of the plants, the two runners combined forces and cleared an area so Mrs M could enjoy part of her garden once again, ripping and cutting out the weeds root and stem.
Whilst a part of the garden still needed to be cleared of the bramble scourge, Jonny and Arba were certain that eight full bin bags of weeds represented a good deed for their day.
