It was such a bright morning today, as I was making my way to visit Mrs D in Windsor. Really lifted my mood. Mrs D was delighted to see me, as always, and she wasted no time, and started telling me more stories. She asked if I've done any running recently, and then she said that her son did a 24 hour endurance race when he was younger, for 'Cancer". He couldn't go to work the following day as his legs were hurting so much, and soon he'd found that his boss had cut that day out of his wages!... When Mrs D saw next her son's boss, she told him that it wasn't a nice gesture at all, considering her son had done it to raise money for a charity. And, to their surprise, her son got paid on the next payroll. A happy ending!

Well done Mrs D for standing up to that boss! Glad the outing lifted your mood and I'm sure it did the same for Mrs D. Great work Gerogeta! x
