Today after a humid, muggy parkrun at East Brighton 4 Goodgymmers (plus Rita & Cody) headed to nearby Bristol Estate to help local resident Ben with a litter pick.

Spreading out across the estate we managed to pick about 10 sacks of litter leaving the estate looking much tidier.

And congratulations to Sherman getting his birthday off to the perfect start by running and helping others! We all wish you a very Happy Birthday Sherman!
