It was decidedly soggy when we arrived at Eastville Park and got soggier as the morning progressed so we switched to some long awaited indoor tasks!

We’ve always wanted to start work on the (potentially) beautiful pavilion and this was the perfect opportunity to start bottom up. With three of us plus Andy, we cleared the main hallway and gave it a good sweep and hoover before setting to with brushes and a specially extended roller with yet more grey paint - that’s two shades of grey so far...

It was decided tea and coffee were order of the day rather than cordial, and we got to fix the marquee frame whilst we waited for the kettle to boil. Three times!

Looking after Eastville Park - a large Victorian park with a range of facilities just two miles north-east of Bristol city centre. It is a great place to relax surrounded by a spacious and diverse landscape.
