Bumper bag-packing bonanza at the foodbank
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.

We're a regular fixture at Frenford now, packing parcels for Redbridge families every three weeks. And this task was no different, lots to do before the 2pm deadline when drivers pick up the parcels, so the time just flies by!
The foodbank had undergone a bit of a reorganisation since last time so the first task was to get acquainted with where everything was. It was also lovely to see Jem at the foodbank for the first time.
Then it was straight to work, with some top tunes playing in the background to help us work faster, accompanied by some top dance moves from Linda. 😀
We were all finished packing and on top of things by 2pm, and then helped to restock and tidy until thinking about heading off at 3pm. We were just about to leave when an emergency parcel request came in. Thanks to Kathryn for some quick work to do that one together!
Another bag-packing bonanza behind us, another great day of teamwork from Goodgym Redbridge. 😀
