Buns upon a time on a Monday bank holiday, Michelle and StephDuct cycled to the Salvation Army Hall in Ealing for the 1st ESK takeaway service. StephDucat arrived before the start of the shift at the same time as Emma...just in time to unload her car and the chefs car which had the food for today, clothes plus items to be given to the guests later. Michelle arrived shortly after with the other volunteers and all started getting tables up. All started sorting the bags, crates on the different tables for the 50 grocery & 90snack bags. Michelle sorted clothes then came over to the bag section. For the grocery bags, there were mountains of ginger and tomatoes and on the other hand the snack bags were lacking the usual amount of snacks. As loads of tomatoes, small bags were prepared for the snack bags. Then, buns(soft white buns and brioche) were separated and bunned up in the snack bags.
