4 Goodgymers started their Christmas day bright and early with a festive Parkrun.

Allan and Janet attended their local Parkrun in Coventry Memorial Park, whilst Nigel and Katherine joined 800 other runners at Poole Parkrun whilst visiting family over Christmas.
