On a wintery (what happened to the spring?) Easter Monday, James went to Goodgym Redbridge to work on the Fountain Beds on George Green with Wanstead Community Gardeners and ran 10km in the process.

With lots of people away and the weather pretty miserable, GG trainer James carried out a solo task with Wanstead Community Gardeners (WCG) to make the flower beds outside the station look beautiful again. With the WCG group also low on numbers due to bad weather it was a skeleton crew making the difference - work reconvenes tonight if anyone would like to help.

With the task done, there was just time for a run around Wanstead and Snaresbrook before heading hope to warm up.
