By hook or Byker-ook all the leaflets we took!

Change of plan. Get the map. Have a look.
Forecast looks bad. Can we dodge all the rain?
Leaflets to deliver. Don't need a handbook.
We're experts by now. Off to Byker again!
As we gathered to start the sky looked so dark.
We watched the rain fall. We hoped just a shower.
We started to run. Head up to the park.
Running up that hill. Legs giving power.
Leaflets delivered - teamwork - so quick!
Back to the stables. Fitness session or not?
Of course we will! Let's put in a kick!
Five reps of the hill. All feeling so hot!
Great work by Aimee, Beth and Lucy tonight, on my first group run as run leader since completing the leadership in running fitness course! We thought it was going to be a wet one but the heavy shower passed while we were discussing the plan for the evening. A jog up the hill to Byker, a super-speedy leaflet delivery, an easy jog back and finished off with a hill session. I think that's what you call a job well done!
