Calling to give patients another shot

Another 40-50 telephone calls were made today, to enable patients to book their COVID vaccinations. If a patient is happy to book, then you check availability and confirm an appointment. Sadly, you also get to listen to reasons why they cannot or do not want to attend. You have to be very sympathetic and understand. This is a very busy, but rewarding requirement.
