Mrs S was asleep when I arrived this evening. Her leg was really hurting her so she wasn't in the best of spirits.

It makes me so sad seeing her suffering like that so I tapped into my usual distraction technique and talked TV, films and actors and actresses with her.

During my visit we noticed a couple of her plants needed a bit of TLC so I removed the dead leaves and watered them for her before taking my leaf.
