For my friends charity he asked me to visit one of his vulnerable residents. She needed lots of care he explained. Both Caring carex soap and caring chats. I delivered her soaps, had a lovely chat and gave her the charities helpline number. I didn’t have any leaflets to hand so had to think on my feet and luckily as a teacher we always have pen and paper ready. She was so appreciate! She asked me to add her to the council food parcel list and a need for a weekly shopper so I added that to the volunteer database.
