Two GoodGymers headed to the lovely Mountsfield Park for Catford #parkrun volunteering. Paul helped with the course set up - there are a lot of cones that mark the course to be put out at Catford. Steve had the honour of marshalling and shouting encouragement at Charles’ Corner. Charles is a Catford legend who has stood at that point over 80 times, but today stood elsewhere. There were several questions about GG from the almost 200 runners and walkers, so a good morning.
