It was another Pret delivery day, and there was lots to celebrate. Spring was here, the sun was shining, and everything seemed to be looking up in the world... A glimmer of hope seemed to be shining a little brighter. It was St David’s day. It was also my 200th good deed, Laura’s 80th and Gillian’s 22nd. Stuff to celebrate all around, I’d say!

Anyway, we picked up our goods from Clapham Pret efficiently, and raced off to the Bright Morning Star HQ in Lambeth to deliver the leftovers ready to be sorted by the charity. Lucy first, tag teamed in Gillian, and then Laura with her wheely case on bus.

We might not be celebrating with cake, but we did deliver some sandwiches, and that’s a Pret-ty good consolation prize for now!
