Spent a mild and damp morning helping out by tail walking with Juno at event #193 for Fletcher Moss parkrun. 377 (ish) runners and walkers completed the 5 km course. Shame the tail didn't wag as much for the England cricket team this morning...

Followed up with a run to Stockport to drop off another 1 kg of plastic lids (making it ~2.6 kg) to Plastic Shed for their mural.
