I'd not shopped for Ms N in a while, so it was lovely to see her and she appeared in good spirits. She had a list of items to get from the Sainsburys down West Ealing, where I surprisingly always find a quiet and peaceful shop floor. I picked up an alternative for Ms N's usual porridge after calling her to check (same price, love it when a shopping list comes together despite minor stock challenges) and snapped up some additional veg.
