Last night saw the return of Chris after his 2 week trip to America, it was good to have him back on a run with us.

This week was a social run in Breuton park, getting Chris back running after his holiday and Fiona still taking it easy after her injury. We set off from base at a steady pace - Fiona did really well and managed to run nearly 2k before having to stop - very well done!!

Once we had done 2 loops of the park, and done two very quick hill session it was time for a quick photo, before heading on our way back for a quick stretch and a drink.

Next week we will be back doing good again at Trinity close helping out the residents, hope to see you there!
