No lateral thinking or interpretation required for Ms J's list this week - I think (hope) those particular exam weeks have passed for now, although I do always approach her front door with a slight nervousness as to what left field item she might have added.

Waitrose was really quiet - guess the heat must have put people off doing their shopping, so it was a quick and easy journey around the aisles and it was one of those miracle mornings where a new checkout opened just as I joined the queue to pay.

Back to Ms J's for a good chat about the weather, where she cautioned me to make sure I wasn't out during the hottest part of the day and we bid each other farewell for another week.
