Tracey and Gwyn went to Allestree for DCF's friendly cricket session for people with Parkinson's disease. The first game was bowling balls at balls, with a bonus mystery target ball winning. One team clean bowled the other: one way to make sure of the target ball! The result in the end was 2-1, the last round had the winning ball just in the losing team's half: exciting! We then had a little cricket, with both of us acting as dummy batsmen. We finished with tea and biscuits and a lovely chat. This weekly activity is greatly recommended: come and join us!
