Report from Domitille
On Monday, nine of us set to the Hollybush Garden Centre, which is just 250 metres far from our meeting point in Bethnal Green…. We helped two volunteers at the centre plant flowers in big trays in a residential building. A few of us were new to goodgym so that gave us the opportunity to get to know an association, which works with goodgym on a regular basis.
Our task was done pretty quickly, which gave us plenty of time to do a nice group running session afterwards. We headed towards Mile End along the canal. We stopped there for 15 minutes to do some uphill training, before running back to Bethnal Green. It was fun to get some proper running tips.
See you next week!
