Compost clearing challenge cracked
22 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

22 GoodGym runners made the task of shifting bags of compost onto the roof of Chisenhale Primary School look like child's play on Monday. With the group split in two, with half arriving at the site 30 minutes early the bags of good spreading dirt were transported up to the roof of the school to be used in planters to create some beautiful beds. The 'advance' team from GoodGym made swift work of the task so there was lift more of the other half of the group to do but make some of the planters and beds look beautiful and send the caretaker home for an evening off!
After we had completed the task Tom put us through a gruelling but rewarding boot camp style workout including, obviously, some school themed exercises (fitting as we were still in the playground at this stage) and some short, hard sprints which got progressively harder as he reduced the rest breaks over.
A gentle jog back to base followed before the group split with half staying to stretch...the other half heading to the pub!
