Three Goodgymers went to Coombe Abbey Country Park to support local running club Sphinx AC by marshalling at their Coombe 8 race.

With our high viz on and cowbells ready to make some noise, we walked into the woods to find our marshalling points somewhere near the two and four mile markers. There were lots of happy runners enjoying the sunny and dry morning, including GoodGym runners James and Allan. After the tail walker had passed us, we made our way back to the start line for a cup of hot chocolate and a few finish line photos with the runners!
