Well done to everyone who is waking up to this new week with slightly aching abs from the past week of core exercises!
This week's challenge had different core exercises for every day of the week. GoodGymers could do a core pick 'n' mix throughout the week or take on every single day. Hopefully you learnt some new core exercises which you can integrate into your weekly fitness from now on - they are super important for keeping you strengthened and injury-free for running, so include a couple of these sessions into your week every week.
Special shout out to Alison who completed the week and all of Sunday's 100 sit-ups in one go. Core of steel!
