Last night we shot off to Durning hall to glue some cork tiles on a display board.

A few weeks ago we had stuck cork tiles on a neighbouring board so we had returned to finish the job.

The run to Durning Hall was great! The weather was fairly mild and made for a nice solid run.

We scraped the lumps off of the board, trimmed the edges of the boards, measured the cork tiles, glued them and stick them on.

We were a little concerned that we would run out of adhesive, however much to our delight!

We made it work in the end.

The run back was a lot quicker, we took the back route and pushed the pace all the way home.

We arrived back at the London Aquatics centre in approximately 14 minutes. The night was wrapped up with some well deserved shuttles, followed by some super slow glute work.

Well done ladies great work!
