Curling, Goodgym style
6 GoodGymers made their way 5.5km to help the Wanstead House Community Asssociation in Redbridge.

On a drizzly and chilly evening a team of hardy Goodgymmers assembled at Wanstead House for a little GGR adventure. We had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Kat from GG Waltham Forest and seeing Dharmesh' smiling face again.
Tonight's task involved tackling some more of the leaves & needles all over the car park. The windy wet weather ofcourse didn't deter the crew and they set to work on inventing a new form of curling, sweeping & scrubbing in style lit up by head torches.
Done with the task for the evening the team split up in those opting to walk and those going for a run - Dharmesh' 5k daily running streak is still intact.
Post run there was a nice little surprise waiting - Linda organised a few little 'Colins' to celebrate the 3 milestones reached this evening:
Dharmesh - 200
Linda - 400
Peter - 700
Next Wanstead session on the 5th of December will be a Baby Bank visit
P.S.... for perhaps the first time ever James did not arrive in shorts! 😱
