At this week's virtual training session, we added a little joy to the usual work and sweat. How? With dancing, of course!
Another week in lockdown, and life is getting preeeeeety boring. So this week the GoodGym Liverpool crew put a little funk into it and grooved our way to workout success! Following our usual intervals format, the 4th exercise of every set was 40 seconds of pure unadulterated freestyle dancing. And we let loose!
Shout out to Amy who we hadn't seen for a while. Amy joined us from her parent's garden darrrn sarf, adding to the contingent of the GG Lpool crew sadly now in exile but happily, still part of the fam!
While he wasn't at the training session this week, this is the only chance I get to give our Mat a shout out and HUGE well done for clocking his 200th Good Deed this week - amaaaazing!
