Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
It's December, it's cold, but still 21 runners get out of the comfort of their flat to do some goods!
Last night the only Shaun was there, but not leading the run, as we welcomed Simon, who will be the new trainer of Goodym Islington (first run the 5th of January).
After nice warmup, we went on a nice gentle run of 1.5k, we split into team to plant some bulbs at Castlehaven Community Centre, and after 25 minutes of hard work all the bulbs was planted.
"How to climb Primmrose Hill" by Simon
On the way back we split into 2 groups one heading off to the community center, the second going on a course "How to climb Primrose Hill" by Simon. Some nice drills later and a final climb we had the pleasure to have the best view of London at the top.
Bonne chance
Then, everyone head off to the pub for a Christmas meal/drinks and also the leaving of Jemma, Bonne chance!
Also, this week Pritesh decided to combine Goodgym with his favourite Charity Endometriosis UK. Pritesh challenged himself to run 100 miles of races this year but had half a mile to go. Dressed in a snowman onesie and some very bright pink pants he completed the last half mile and some more for good measure - quite a sight for Camden locals tonight.
