On a sunny afternoon, I was tasked with delivering a blood pressure monitor and info pack to Mr J. After work I embarked on a lovely cycle and got the pack delivered in record time...the speed maybe due to getting a cake at Doe's bakehouse which was so delicious but also kept me on a sugar high for the whole day!!
