My morning 15k run involved a stop in the Camden borough where I did a shop for Ms D for the third time. Waitrose was the desired choice where I would pick freeze bags, blue berries, tin salmon and milk. We said our hellos, thank yous and goodbyes and completed my run back to Lambeth.
