3 runners ran 1 km to help out with Slough Outreach at Langley College. When we arrived Manjit was already getting stuck in, in the kitchen, so a production line started. Pam preparing containers, Manjit was on rice and I then allocated the finished products into delivery areas and bagged everything up. Once complete, a quick clean up of the kitchen area and the 3 of us went for a nice 5km walk to deliver some of the food parcels.
