Mr K's prescription pickups are always a straightforward task - the pharmacy assistants love how organised the note is from Mr K, as it has all the information they need. This was in stark contrast to the lady before me in the queue at Boots, as one of her medications hadn't come in and the poor pharmacy assistant was bearing the brunt of her frustrations. I think he breathed a sigh of relief when he saw the note I had brought, and even thanked me for being so organised. Thanks have got to go to Mr K's household though - it is all their good work!
