Don't Stop Movin' to the GoodGym Beat
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.
- Saturday, 9th of November 2019
You'll need to sing this run report to the tune of a certain S Club 7 hit...
Don't stop movin' boxes even if you're beat
Don't stop movin' boxes, don't now take a seat (yeah, uh come on)
Don't stop movin' boxes - keep mov ing your feet (oh)
Don't stop movin' to the GoodGym beat
David got the party started
there's no end in sight
Lots of boxes moving to
the next flat on the right
There's a flight of stairs
but today's the move over deadline
Don't leave things behind
I can see the front room
filled with boxes everywhere
Onward destination is on-
-ly just over there
Mrs J's 'place to be'
if you need the right direction
Let her take you there
Just go
with the boxes baby
you can see to where with your eyes
Let them flow
No more waiting
Right there to the next door
is where you gotta make them go
Don't stop movin'
boxes filled with all sorts
David's got us going up and then down
Don't stop movin'
mirrors and fine china
watch out for the steep steps
taking them to places that are only just next door
Baby now
Don't stop moving til the boxes are all gone
Don't stop moving to the GoodGym song
Or in other words, David and I helped Mrs J move all her belongings from her old flat to her new one which was nice and close by. It didn't take too long and Mrs J was really greatful to GoodGym for the help and we left her in her new flat sorting out her belongings to make it feel more like home again.
