Tracey and I went to help the Urdd run their friendly and competitive cross-country run for years 3 to 6. We helped set up, had tea and cake, gave information to the runners and parents, then marshalled, then tidied up. Tracey saw a few incidents from her position on the long downhill section, and I saw a few at the top of the hill. We celebrated at the chip shop by the pier.
