It was a wet and cold Monday night , which may have put off most of GoodGym Brent , but did not put off Tabitha and Pete! We jogged 3km to meet the ever grateful Jason at Abbey community centre. He welcomed us and shared some leaflets showcasing upcoming community sessions, as well as volunteering opourtunities. We shared out the leaflets and delivered leaflets to the local houses. Thankfully the heavy rain that was forecast stayed away , and after flyering, we jogged back for a well deserved drink
