A lovely morning though a bit wet when I arrived. Mrs S was in very good form and we started the mission with a cup of coffee and a hot cross bun! Then she showed me what she needed help of. A relatively straightforward IT list and we went beyond what she might need and ended up with online surfing for a new telly as she thinks the time has come for her to change to a smart telly. We measured the existing one and went through the pros and cons of the desired one online, made a call for her to the shop and she then went off to the shop after I left. All went well and I hope my visit provided the help needed for her.
