On a nice Sunny Morning with a gentle breeze I set out for a stroll to perform a vital task for Mr D.

Now before I get onto the task I will say I work for a Funeral Company and it has been a challenging last couple of months.

Before today the highlight of my week was finding an Incredible Hulk Christmas Cracker at the bottom of my wardrobe.

It days like this I am glad that back in 2017 the Amazing Goodgym Wandsworth TrainerAna (Who did her 500th Good Deed this week) led a Parkrun takeover of Tooting Common Parkrun. Otherwise I wouldn’t have learnt about Goodgym.
