Today, GoodGym scrambled a runner in North London to help Ms M by picking up some shopping for her.

It was a great day for the mission - while I was boiling running up Primrose Hill, I enjoyed a bit of a cooler one. On my run to her home, I passed some beautiful wildlife, which seemed content and safe from poachers. On arriving at Ms M's, she was a-fried to inform me that she prefers her shop done at the big shop down the hill.

I headed to the shop, scoured the shellfs for the items she wanted, and had them back with her within the hour!
